Our "Comfy Fit" Promise

At SoComfy, we know how important it is to find the perfect fit—especially for sensitive feet, bunions, claw toes, etc. If your shoes don't feel like a hug for your feet, we’re here to help.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your items in the comfort of your home. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them for a full refund or a free size exchange.

How to Return:

Keep it Fresh: Items must be in their original, unworn condition (tried on indoors only, please!) with all packaging.

Contact Us: Drop an email to socomfyclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

Ship it Back: We recommend using Royal Mail or Evri for reliable tracked shipping. (Note: Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are covered by the customer).

Fast Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 working days directly to your original payment method.
